The Punch and Judy Doctor is another popular member of the modern Punch and Judy Puppet show

The Doctor comes to Mr Punch’s aid sometimes when he has fallen off the horse, sometimes when he is frightened by the ghost. Mr Punch pretends to die and the Doctor gives Mr Punch some medicine with a slapstick….It ends with Mr Punch giving the Doctor a ‘Dose of his own medicine’!
